Recently remodeled, my log home has 4 bedrooms, each with it's own private bathroom.
Wake up to the views of spectacular glaciers, grand mountain ranges, and the Homer Spit.
Enjoy my original sourdough pancakes. (The starter goes back a hundred years and crossed the Chilkoot Trail!)
Breakfast also includes bacon, orange juice, and my special Swedish coffee.

If there's a bit of the sourdough batter left, it makes a great loaf of bread.

All my bedrooms on the lower level have hand made log beds. Two rooms are queen and one has twin beds. I've made the quilts and the rugs.

Do come and see my bellows and old bottles that I had fun collecting.
I finally found a place for my bellows. Early day Nome was different.

Rooms

My rate is $130 per night per room. Add 3% for Alaska taxes.

In bunk room, two people are $130 and add $15 per extra person.

Breakfast

I feed my guests a full breakfast of sourdough pancakes and waffles.
I'll give you some starter if you want it too. It came over the Checkout Pass , a hundred years ago.

Pancakes get Nome Crowberry syrup, waffles get Homer Raspberry jam. Last year a great guest said, he'd marry me if I'd make him raspberry jam. But darn - he had too nice a wife!
